Our Mission

  1. Raising awareness and understanding of ethical business and corporate governance among government, industries and academics.
  2. Raising awareness and understanding of fraud prevention and forensic profession among government, industries and academics.
  3. Promoting and supporting communication and cooperation on ethical business and forensics between government, industries and academics.
  4. Promoting regulatory and policy researches and amendments in order to facilitate the effectiveness of ethical business and forensics.

Development History​​

  • Taiwan Institute of Ethical Business (TIEB) is a non-profitably academic and professional organization with the main objective of researching and promoting the principles of integrity management, corporate governance and fraud prevention.
  • TIEB was officially established in 2016 which is still quite young in history but its member pool includes many famous professors from Business Schools and Law Schools, and many veteran CPAs and experienced lawyers from industries.
  • TIEB is based in Taiwan but connects to the world.
